Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed by 1:00 PM EST typically ship the same day.

Shipped

Once your package leaves our facility, you'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Delivered

Delivery time depends on the selected method and your location. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to weather.

Address Types

    - PO Boxes: ship via USPS Standard only. - APO/FPO/DPO: eligible for USPS; transit times vary by military mail routing. - Business addresses: delivery Mon–Fri during business hours.

Edits & Cancellations

We can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Contact support with your order number as soon as possible.

Once shipped, changes are not guaranteed. Refusals may incur return shipping fees.

Tracking, Delivery & Packaging

Tracking Updates

A tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email. Status may take up to 24 hours to refresh after carrier pickup.

Signature Policy

Orders $400 and above may require an adult signature on delivery. Please monitor tracking to ensure someone is available to sign.

Packaging

Orders ship in recyclable boxes or mailers. Garments are protected in breathable sleeves for transit.

Delivery Issues

    - Marked delivered but not received: check with household members and neighbors; allow 24 hours for updates. - Damaged items: keep all packaging and contact support with photos within 7 days of delivery. - Lost in transit: we’ll coordinate with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Split Shipments

Items may ship separately at no extra cost to get your products to you faster. You will receive separate tracking emails.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We’re working to expand our destinations—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard: 3–6 business days; Expedited: 2–3 business days; Next Business Day: 1 business day. Delivery times begin after processing (1–2 business days).

When is the cut‑off for same‑day shipping?

Expedited and Next Business Day orders placed by 1:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cut‑off ship the next business day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—standard shipping is complimentary on eligible US orders over $200 before tax.

Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?

Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses ship via USPS Standard. Expedited and Next Business Day services are not available to these addresses.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

Contact support immediately. We can modify addresses before shipment. For security, we may require verification to adjust delivery details.

My package shows delivered, but I can’t find it.

Check with neighbors and building staff, and verify alternate entrances. Many carriers mark packages delivered up to 24 hours in advance. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us and the carrier to start a trace.

Do you collect duties or import taxes?

No. We currently ship within the United States only. Applicable US state sales tax is calculated at checkout.
