Return eligibility

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of scents and marks.
  • All original tags and labels attached; include dust bag and branded packaging where provided.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non‑returnable items
  • Final sale items, marked-down clearance, or samples.
  • Personalized or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items returned outside the policy window.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the conditions above.

How to start a return

  1. Request Visit casablanca-hoodie.com/returns or email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. Pack Fold items neatly with all tags attached. Use original packaging when possible.
  3. Ship Attach the prepaid label (US eligible orders) and drop with the carrier shown on the label. Keep your receipt.
  4. Inspect & refund Once received, our team typically completes inspection within 2–3 business days.
Wrong item or defective on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll prioritize a replacement or issue a prepaid return and full refund.

Exchanges

Exchange for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  • US: Complimentary shipping for the first exchange on each order.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Price differences for exchanges will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Refund timelines

  • Processing begins after your return passes inspection (typically 2–3 business days from delivery to our facility).
  • Refunds to original payment: 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Store credit (if selected) is issued immediately after inspection approval.

We’ll notify you via email at every step: label issued, item received, approved/declined, and refund completed.

Late or missing refunds
  1. Check with your bank or card provider first.
  2. Contact us at [email protected] with your return number if it’s been 10 business days since approval.

Shipping & fees

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • US returns: prepaid label provided for eligible returns initiated within 14 days.
  • Returns that do not use our label are the customer’s responsibility until received by us.

International returns

  • International customers may return within 14 days. Return shipping and any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Duties and import taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non‑refundable by us. You may reclaim local taxes where applicable.
  • Please use a trackable carrier and keep proof of postage.

Holiday return window

Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns through January 15 of the following year, provided items meet standard eligibility requirements.
